We love hearing about all of the great personalized learning programs that educators who use our solutions have developed, and we know that there are many ways to implement Edmentum’s online solutions for assessment, practice, and instruction successfully. Schools and districts across the country have worked hard to discover what’s effective for their students, and we’d like to take the time to share just a few of our favorite success stories. Hopefully, one of their stories can help in your implementation process!
Sheboygan Falls Middle School was placed on Wisconsin’s list of “Title 1 Focus Schools” due to achievement gaps for two subgroups in math. The school needed a solution that would identify those students at risk of not passing their current grade and help them get back to grade level. Initially, Sheboygan Falls School District’s main goals focused on supporting response to intervention (RTI) programs in the middle school with Study Island’s online practice and assessments; however, the district soon started identifying other uses for Edmentum’s Study Island and other solutions, including Edmentum Assessments and Plato Courseware, across other schools in the district.
