Summer Reading Take-Home Kit

Monday, May 11, 2015 -- Sarah Cornelius

You’ve been working with your students all year to improve their literacy skills and instill a love of reading. We’re sure that you’ve seen some great results, but how can you keep your students reading once they’re out of your classroom and in summer vacation mode?

We all know how important it is to ensure that children have opportunities to continue learning and practicing skills over the summer so that they don’t lose academic ground. That’s why we’ve put together these engaging reading and literacy activities from Reading Eggs and Reading Eggspress. They’re all printable, so you have one more resource to send home with your students to encourage them to keep reading this summer!
