Announcing: Study Island Back-to-School Decorating Contest

With the new school year about to begin, what better way to bond with your students and draw out their creative sides than with the Study Island Back-to-School Decorating Contest? Compete with other Study Island users to win $1,000 in Study Island Credit, 10 Classroom Chromebooks and some Edmentum swag!

Study Island users will tap into their imaginations to decorate their computer labs, classrooms, hallways, or auditoriums with a ‘Study Island’ theme. We want to see your student’s artwork, innovation, originality, and of course, plenty of Study Island love.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Complete the online contest-entry form available here. While you’re on the page, you can also view the complete list of rules and FAQs.

Step 2: Creatively decorate your classrooms, computer labs, hallways, or auditoriums with a Study Island Theme. This can include logos, characters, student artwork, and more – let your imaginations run wild! Email your photos or videos and supporting statement to contest@edmentum.com.

Step 3: Submit photos or videos of your decorations by no later than October 9, 2015. Winners will be announced on October 27, 2015. The winning entry will be selected based on these criteria: student participation, creativity, and originality.

The contest will have one  first place winner for grades K-5 and another for grades 6-12, as well as one overall grand prize winner. The winner in each category will win $500 in Study Island credit and the overall grand prize winner will receive $1,000 in Study Island credit PLUS 10 Classroom Chromebooks!
