A truly beautiful moment:
A student brought me some flowers and spoke. This student joined a few months before the end of the school. She wouldn't talk to anyone. She thank you for teaching her. I was so excited to hear her voice.

The little things can mean the world:
I have a non binary student who brings me handwritten cards on a regular basis to thank me for seeing them and loving them as they are. It’s so kind for them to take the time.

My favorite memory so far is this absolutely adorable card that a student picked out for me with a kind message inside. They know how much I love my fur baby Max and they found him on a card! My heart!! pic.twitter.com/jXYLUkPJNa

Truly worth cherishing:
My favorite gift from a child's parent was a handwritten letter that included the words, "Thank you for loving my child." It was my 1st year. I still have that card 22 years later.
