Design Your Own Study Island Contest + Enter to Win a Target Gift Card!

Spring is right around the corner, which means that our second annual “Design Your Own Study Island Contest” is here! As schools begin to prep for high-stakes testing this school year, it’s top of mind for educators to know which students are mastering state standards and which need more support. Keep preparation efforts engaging and exciting for students, and identify any blind spots by designing a contest using our step-by-step toolkit!

Now through April 8, 2022, tell Edmentum about your Study Island spring contest plans for the chance to win one of three $500 Target gift cards for your school. Three deserving and lucky educators, one from each grade band—elementary, middle, and high school—will   be selected at random to win. To take your shot for a Target shopping spree, complete this brief survey found in the toolkit.

Whether you’re a Study Island pro or just turning to our proven test-prep tool this spring, the Study Island contest toolkit makes it simple for you to jump-start student motivation and help them master essential standards in just six easy steps. Inside the toolkit, you’ll find:

  • Tips for determining who will compete in your contest and how long it will run

  • Success measures (who doesn’t love a Blue Ribbon?) and informative video tutorials that help you learn how to create the contest and pull progress data

  • Resources like printable flyer templates to get the word out about your contest

  • Tracking tools and customized certificates to inspire motivation and success

  • Official rules and FAQs to help your contest go smoothly

Don’t forget to share your plans with us and enter the giveaway by filling out the survey! Increase your chances of winning by posting about your contest plans on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. Just tag @edmentum and use #StudyIslandContest for additional entries.

Not sure whether you’d like to create a Study Island contest this semester? Consider our third-party research, which found that students who use Study Island have been proven to achieve higher math and reading scores than their peers on state and national assessments.

We can't wait to see what you come up with this spring. Get started on your Study Island contest today!
