[Feature Focus] Edmentum Courseware Reporting Updates

Actionable data is an important commitment at Edmentum. We know that you can have all the data in the world, but if you don’t have time or expertise to break it down into consumable, meaningful pieces of information, it’s not useful. That’s why we make it a priority to offer educators using our Courseware plenty of ways make the most of their data through intuitive, high-quality, easily consumable reports. Here, let’s review a few of our core reports as well as several brand-new reporting options released this winter as a direct result of educator feedback.
Strengths and Needs by Class
This report identifies specific areas of strengths and needs for a whole class and for individual students. Utilize this report to see where large gaps lie and to view areas of strength, and plan your instruction accordingly.
Item Response by Class
This report shows learner responses for selected tests within an assigned course. Being able to see missed questions as well as which students missed them provides an important opportunity to zero in on specific areas for improvement and deliver targeted interventions.
Class Usage Summary
This report provides educators and administrators with information about how learners are spending their time at a class level. Educators can use this report to compare time-on-task to the time in the system to check for appropriate use at a high level. Additionally, this report flags any class not showing progress, especially if there is time-on-task.
NEW! Graphic Learner Progress Report with Module Mastery
This updated report shows total modules mastered and students’ current grades in the class, and it offers the option to be exported in both PDF and CSV formats. Use this report to provide a holistic view of student performance through completion, mastery, current grade, and time-on-task.
New! Program Courseware Audit Report
This report is available for each account program and is located in Curriculum Reports. Program administrators and instructors may run this report to monitor progress of students in specific programs and sections.
