Introducing Edmentum’s 2021 Inspiring Educator Awards

Calling all Edmentum educators! This year, we’re stepping up our celebrations by amplifying even more educator voices and incredible teaching moments through Edmentum’s 2021 Inspiring Educator Awards. This inaugural class of terrific teachers and administrators will represent the culmination of a nationwide search, bringing together voices from diverse educational backgrounds with one thing in common—using Edmentum programs to drive learning success.

Edmentum’s 2021 Inspiring Educator Awards will feature a class of talented educators (both teachers and administrators are encouraged to participate). The chosen class will be honored with national recognition on our website, blog, and more, as well as an invitation to join the Edmentum Educator Network with exclusive access to upcoming events. Additionally, a prize package (read: free school supplies) and a snazzy badge for your LinkedIn profile will be sent your way.

But, we won’t stop there! After naming our 2021 class, we’ll open up a nationwide vote to pick one Teacher of the Year and one Administrator of the Year. Each will receive a $500 Target gift card for themselves, a $500 donation to an educational charity of their choice, a spotlight on the Edmentum Podcast, and an exclusive invitation to the next Educator Network Summit.

What are the makings of an Edmentum Inspiring Educator?

We’re looking for educators who meet the following criteria:

• Currently subscribe and have been an Edmentum partner of one year or more using any of our programs (Exact Path, Courseware, Study Island, Calvert Learning, EdOptions Academy, or Reading Eggs)

• Share a successful and inspiring implementation story

• Incorporate innovative and engaging teaching practices

• Report quantifiable student outcomes (e.g., diagnostic growth, standards mastery, credits earned)

Please note: As employees of Edmentum, EdOptions Academy educators are not eligible to participate. Only U.S. customers are eligible.

How do you apply to become an Edmentum Inspiring Educator?

Tell us about yourself by filling out our short application. Do you have a colleague who you think should be recognized? Give your peers a nudge by sending the link their way for them to fill out the application themselves!

Submissions will be accepted between Wednesday, April 14, and Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
