Krystal L. Smith is the author of The RenewEDTeacherBlog, where she offers support and advice to teachers. She hopes to motivate, encourage, and inspire them to continue to renew their passion for teaching. With 10 years of teaching experience in 5th grade, Krystal is a National Board for Teaching candidate. She currently teaches math, science, and social studies at Twin Rivers Intermediate School, a Title I school outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Mrs. Smith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Masters of Arts in Teaching from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Education.
