One Million Blogs Read in 2020 – Cue the Confetti!

Wow, what an honor! There is almost nothing more valuable than someone’s time and the fact that so many of you have chosen to spend time with us (or more specifically our blog) is humbling. We pour ourselves week in and week out into this blog in the hopes that it is a valuable resource to you and other educators. We are beyond grateful to hit this milestone. So, let’s celebrate, break out the confetti, and pop the bubbly!
We thought a fun way to celebrate would be to have our executive leadership team pick out their five favorite blogs from the past year.
Before we dive in - here are some quick fun facts:
- The blog started June 3, 2013 – we celebrated our 7th birthday this year!
- 300+ blogs have been published this year so far – wowza!
- 280+ authors have contributed to our blog over the past 7 years – kudos if you are one of those that helped us reach this milestone!
- 3,000+ NEW subscribers a month (on average) – HOLY MOLY!

We as an organization like to take pride in everything we do, and the blog has become a place where we can not only share thoughtful articles, success stories from our partners, best practices, and new ideas---it’s also become a place where we can use our voice to stand up for educators, and serve as another tool to drive our Educator First mission.
