Donors Choose Classroom Funding

Donors Choose is a crowd-funding site dedicated to providing teachers across America with supplies, activities, and experiences for their classrooms. Toshiba America Foundation

Deadline: New deadlines are updated on the website frequently. Applications are submitted on a rolling basis.

Wanted: Classroom Innovators! Toshiba America Foundation accepts applications from teachers who are passionate about making science and mathematics more engaging for their students with project-based learning. Grants are awarded in amounts of under $1K all the way to over $5K depending on the grade range.

Formlabs Innovation and Research 3D Printing Grant

Deadline: Rolling applications are accepted, and one grant per quarter is awarded to a qualifying lab or educational facility.

Pets in the Classroom Grant

Deadline: Rolling applications are accepted throughout each school year. Applications for the 2018–19 school year will open on August 1, 2018.

Pets in the Classroom is an educational grant program that provides financial support to teachers to purchase and maintain small animals in the classroom. The program was established by the Pet Care Trust to provide children with an opportunity to interact with pets—an experience that can help to shape their lives for years to come.

American Battlefield Trust Field Trip Fund

Deadline: Rolling applications are accepted. Once your proposal is submitted, applications are reviewed, and grants will be made payable to your school.

The American Battlefield Trust strongly believes that battlefields are outdoor classrooms—truly unique locations for education, commemoration, and contemplation. The American Battlefield Trust's Field Trip Fund provides funding and assistance to K–12 teachers who are planning field trips to Civil War, War of 1812, or Revolutionary War battlefields or related historic sites.
