Edmentum is excited to announce that we’ve expanded our partnership with MetaMetrics, the creator of the Quantile® Framework for Mathematics, in order to provide Quantile measures as an output from our Exact Path adaptive diagnostic assessments. When K–12 students complete their math assessments, the program will not only be able to pinpoint each student’s instructional level, strengths, and needs to provide a scale score and measure of academic growth, but it will also provide educators with a Quantile measure and associated range.
Standards-based grading is a grading system in which the grade a student earns is a direct reflection of that student’s level of mastery of the standards covered. All other factors are removed from the calculation of the grade, or they are pulled out and used to calculate a separate effort or behavior grade.
