[Weekly Inspiration] Boy Who Lost Everything Surprised With New Toys from Schoolmates

Recently, Tennessee third grader Daniel Hunt lost all of his favorite things in a house fire. Knowing that this was something that none of them would want to go through alone, Daniel’s classmates at Philadelphia Elementary School stepped in to help.

The class started a secret toy drive, collecting a mountain of new games and toys for their friend. They eagerly awaited his arrival at school, surprising him with their generosity.

“It’s all for you!” said one of his classmates, shortly before the class piled in for a group hug.

Daniel and his mother are currently staying with family until they get back on their feet, but Daniel now knows that he has a support system at school.
