Study Island Back-to-School Decorating Contest: Congratulations to our Winners!

Study Island Back-to-School Decorating Contest: Congratulations to our Winners!

Earlier this fall, we asked Study Island users to tap into their imaginations and decorate their computer labs, classrooms, hallways or auditoriums with a ‘Study Island’ theme. The enthusiastic response from educators and students, as well as the number of entries we received, was nothing short of amazing! We saw great student artwork, creative decorating schemes, originality, and lots of Study Island love in both the K-5 and 6-12 categories.

With so many outstanding submissions, determining our finalists was no easy task. We asked all Edmentum employees to help out and join in the fun of looking through the photos, videos, and written statements that we received in order to narrow down the submissions to one winner for each grade category and one overall grand prize winner. Now, we want to take the time to thank all who entered the Study Island Back-to-School Decorating Contest and showcase our finalists!

Grade K-5 Category First Place Winner:

Burkett Elementary School, MC Kees Rock, PA

Grade 6-12 Category First Place Winner:

Licking R-8 School District, Licking, MO

Overall Grand Prize Winner:

Nicholas County Elementary School, Carlisle, KY
